As a Development Support Engineer @ iguazio, you will be a crucial part of our high-level support. You can expect to work closely with our developers, product managers, and architecture team. Investigate and solve intrinsic problems, find smart and elegant workarounds (written in Python and Bash), build and characterise support tools and utilities.
You will also maintain good internal and external customer communication and minimize escalations to R&D, write RCA’s, prioritize daily missions/tickets and manage critical escalations and provide the field with proper procedures on iguazio’s operation and maintenance.
You should be willing to travel abroad to customers and work in irregular hours.
