About the Position:

Iguazio’s Marketing Team is looking for a 6-month maternity leave replacement to own and lead the company’s demand generation, campaigns, webinars and digital advertising activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, creating, executing and optimizing global demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline and create awareness within our target markets globally. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, innovative team in a growing industry and work with some of the top vendors, partners, clients and brands.  This is a full-time, hands-on position reporting directly to the VP of Marketing and is based in our Herzliya Pituach offices (flexible / hybrid)


What you’ll do:

  • Manage and execute demand generation activities & campaigns: Analyze, plan, A/B test and optimize our global multi-channel lead generation campaigns including paid media on LinkedIn, Google, and Facebook, email marketing etc. Manage an external PPC vendor in charge of execution.
  • Plan and run webinars: Setup, promote, manage, and provide logistic support of our webinar series. This includes managing Zoom webinar and HubSpot landing page setup, conducting the dry run, website updates, video editing, lead management and nurture etc.
  • Organize events and tradeshows: Support our marketing manager with upcoming tradeshows which may include booth design, ordering booth furniture, promotions, email sends, and managing event deadlines.
  • Work closely with the SDR team: Communicate, collaborate, and deliver processes alongside the global SDR team to maintain a well tracked database and leads funnel.
  • Manage the track the pipeline: Oversee all our current processes and workflows in Hubspot, work with our SDR team to track leads across the funnel. Technical management of Hubspot including uploading new lists, tracking lead progress, creating reports, forms, email marketing, landing page creation and managing the incoming flow of inbound leads.
  • Reporting: Analyze new leads by creating weekly reports based on data in HubSpot and Google Analytics. identify best performing campaigns based on quality and quantity of leads generated and use the data to inform ongoing activities. Diving deep into the data to oversee marketing activities, analyze results and recommend suggestions of ways to improve on an ongoing basis.


What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in demand and lead generation marketing roles, with a proven track record in planning and executing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Fully proficient in HubSpot and other tracking tools.
  • KPI driven with strong data analysis skills.
  • Proven success in following the funnel conversion metrics, launched numerous A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
  • Highly organized, attentive to detail, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Independent with the ability to work well in a team.
  • Self-motivated, with a “get things done approach”.
  • Creative and passionate about marketing!
  • Native English speaker – a must
